Fit notes only apply to employment.
If a medical condition is affecting your studies at the ±¬ÁÏTV, you will need to apply for instead.
Before requesting a fit note, please read the . Fit notes don't apply if you cannot work for 7 days or less.

- If you HAVE seen a UHS healthcare professional about the issue, you should state who you saw and when. We may be able to issue a fit note without you needing another appointment.
- If you HAVE NOT seen a UHS healthcare professional about the issue, please make this clear. We may need to arrange an appointment before we can issue a fit note.
