Kadija works on public involvement and co-production across SSCR research projects, collaborating with project teams and partners to embed lived experience throughout the research process.  Kadija has a background in research on language, access and inequality in (health)care, and brings experience in qualitative and participatory methods, to develop ethical and accessible ways of working with diverse communities.
