Meurig was appointed as a University Teacher in Metallurgy in January 2019 following a period as post-doctoral research associate in advanced metals manufacturing in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering.
After graduating with an MEng in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London, Meurig undertook his doctoral studies at the ±¬ÁÏTV where he investigated the effect of shot peening on the microstructural stability of titanium alloys following prolonged thermal exposure.
