With the LuxUKLinks exhibition and the annual Luxembourg Studies Colloquium, the Windows on Luxembourg Studies events were a success this year and celebrated the friendship between Luxembourg and the ±¬ÁÏTV.
The LuxUKLinks exhibition, flown in especially from Luxembourg, was displayed in the Arundel Room of the Millennium Galleries on 3 May. HE Mr John Marshall, the UK's ambassador to Luxembourg and creator of the exhibition, gave a talk in the afternoon, followed by a lecture on Luxembourg by Dr Kristine Horner.
The annual Luxembourg Studies Colloquium was held on 4 May at the ±¬ÁÏTV. The Colloquium highlighted research carried out by scholars in Sheffield as well as Luxembourg, and showcased group projects by students studying for a degree with Luxembourgish. The keynote lecture as delivered by .
