Profile

I am currently a Research Associate on an interdisciplinary, mixed-methods project evaluating use of Distributed Peer Review (DPR) in research funding allocation. I have worked on the project since 2024, previously in the School of Psychology, and am primarily responsible for the quantitative side of the evaluation. The DPR project is part of the AFIRE program of experiments at the Research on Research Institute (RoRI) where I am a Research Fellow.

I completed my PhD in Psychology (2025) having previously completed an MA in Social Research (2021) and BSc in Psychology with Foundation Year (2020) at the ±¬ÁÏTV.

Research interests

My research interests include research improvement, data communication, researcher wellbeing and research evaluation. With a background in psychology I am interested in applying psychological theory and approaches to understand and improve research practices and systems.
