Description

Clean beauty - what does that even mean? It's time to learn more about the shampoo you put on your head!

You’ve likely seen influencers warning against "toxic" sulfates in shampoo or insisting on "all-natural" ingredients. But do these products work as well as you think? More importantly, are they actually better for the planet?

Join us as we explore the misconceptions behind "clean beauty" and what it really means for personal care products to be sustainable.

Hear from leading experts in the field of sustainability and life cycle assessments, including Rachael Rothman, Co-Director of the Grantham Centre. There will also be an opportunity to watch an automated shampoo making demonstration as well as a chance to make some shampoo yourself, plus test your knowledge with live quizzes for a chance to win a small prize.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
